VEILS PROMOTION – TERMS AND CONDITIONS  

Promotional Period: 1 September 2026 – 30 September 2026 

The Veils Promotion runs from 9:00am AEST on Tuesday 1 September 2026 until 5:00pm AEST on Wednesday 30 September 2026 (“Promotional Period”). KYHA Studios reserves the right to extend or amend the Promotional Period at its discretion. 



Promotion Details  

During the Promotion Period, customers purchasing in-store, online or through participating stockists will receive a gifted veil or accessory with any bridal purchase valued at AUD $4000 or more.  

  • Gifted item means any veil or accessory style, including neckties, capes and wraps. 

  • The promotion entitles customers to one gifted item per order.  

  • KYHA Studios reserves the right to correct any pricing errors or inaccuracies at any time, including after an order has been placed. 

  • Products are available while stocks last. KYHA Studios does not guarantee the availability of specific sizes, colourways or styles during the Promotional Period.  

  • Excludes Womenswear.  


Online Orders 

  • For orders placed online, the veil/accessory and gown will be shipped together according to standard shipping timelines unless otherwise communicated.  

  • For online purchases only, eligible items include any KYHA Bride and or Outlet products. 

  • To redeem: add all items to cart. Your eligible accessory will be automatically discounted at checkout once eligibility is confirmed. If your cart contains multiple accessories, the discount will be applied to the lowest-priced accessory.   

  • This offer cannot be used online in conjunction with any other promotion, offer or discount code. 

  • For online orders only, the minimum spend to qualify is AUD $4,000. For customers shopping in other currencies, the following minimum spend thresholds apply:

    AUD: $4,000
    CAD: $3,500
    EUR: €2,900
    USD: $4,000


In-Store Orders  

  • For product ordered in-store, the veil/accessory and gown will be shipped together as per the agreed timeline.  

  • Customers purchasing in KYHA Studios retail stores in Melbourne, Sydney, or New York are eligible for this offer.  

  • In Store purchases require a 50% deposit.  


Participating Stockists 

  • Purchases made through participating stockists are subject to that stockist’s own terms and conditions. View participating stockists here.  


Returns, Refunds & Change of Mind  

  • The gifted item is not eligible for exchange or store credit unless it is confirmed to be faulty. 

  • Any other items purchased during the Promotional Period are subject to our usual terms and conditions and refund policy, which can be viewed here.
