EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If your order is delivered to an address within the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can submit a withdrawal request through your KYHA customer account. If you checked out as a guest and do not have a customer account, please email our Client Experience team at enquiries@kyhastudios.com with your name, order number and email address to request a withdrawal.

Once your withdrawal request has been submitted, you will receive confirmation that KYHA has received your request.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all original tags, packaging and garment bags included. Unless the item is faulty, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning your order to KYHA. Where a prepaid return label is provided, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund where permitted under applicable law.

Refunds for eligible EU withdrawal returns will be issued to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed. KYHA may withhold the refund until the returned item has been received or proof of return has been provided.

Please note that the EU right of withdrawal does not apply to items that are made to order, made-to-measure, customised, monogrammed or otherwise personalised, unless the item is faulty. This includes KYHA gowns and other pieces created specifically for you. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under applicable EU law.
